The Romans in 100 Facts

Jem Duducu

As the title would suggest, this book covers one-hundred points of Roman history; each ‘chapter’ is roughly two pages. Starting with the foundation of Rome through to its demise more than a thousand years later.

The miniature chapters make it perfect for reading on the train or toilet. Easy to put down and pick up exactly from where you left off last time. Super enjoyable.

The chapter titles are educational and an enjoyable read in themselves. Even if you don’t intend on buying this book head over to the Amazon page and browse through the table of contents, maybe you’ll change your mind…

Without doubt, definitely recommended for all those either passively or passionately interested in ancient Rome. You’ll definitely learn a thing or two, I know I did.
